We provide Legal
Videography services throughout Northern Arizona, serving the
communities of Flagstaff, Page, Tuba City, Williams, Sedona,
Winslow, Holbrook, Payson, Cottonwood, Prescott,
Chino Valley, Kingman and the surrounding
areas.
Our
videographers are video professionals who have also received
training specific to providing admissible documentation and evidence
for court use. Our Videographers are Certified Court Video
Specialists (CCVS) as certified by the American Guild of Court
Videographers (AGCV).
We are fully
trained in and thoroughly understand the Arizona and Federal Rules
of Civil Procedure 28, 29, and 30, which governs the taking of
videotaped depositions and the Arizona and Federal Rules of Evidence
1001-1006, governing admissibility of recorded evidence and
testimony.
We receive ongoing continuing education through
this organization to stay on top of changes in legal
requirements as well as new equipment, software and procedures
relevant to admissible documentation.

The AGCV is the only
organization that starts with videographers who are already
professionals in the video field and prepares them to use their
video skills in all areas of legal documentation. This includes not
only depositions, but Examination Under Oath, Day-in-the-Life
Videos, Settlement Brochures, Jury Field Trips, Evidence
Documentation, Transcript Synchronization, Re-enactments, and
Courtroom Presentation.
This means that an
AGCV certified videographer will not just mechanically record a
deposition, but they are also a professional who will have the
skill, experience, and equipment to record excellent
sound and video in varying settings and
conditions.
An AGCV certified
videographer will be able to advise lawyers on all
aspects of not only the deposition video but also on other tools
using video documentation to build their cases.
